Common Questions

Is the audit really free?

Yes. No credit card, no obligation. I offer this because the best way to earn a client's trust is to show them the problem before asking them to pay. Most people who get the audit hire me to fix it — but plenty don't, and that's fine.

What do you need from me to run the audit?

Your sending domain(s), a brief description of what you're experiencing (e.g., 'emails landing in spam on Outlook'), and what sending platform you're using. I don't need admin access to anything for the basic audit.

How is this different from free automated tools like Mail-Tester?

Automated tools give you a score and a traffic-light summary. I read the actual records, interpret what they mean for your specific setup, and tell you exactly what to change and why. The report is written for a human, not a robot.

What happens after the audit?

You get a report. If there are issues (and there almost always are), you can fix them yourself using the report, or hire me to implement the fixes. My deliverability fix engagements start at $800. There's no pressure and no follow-up sales calls — I let the report speak for itself.
