Domain diversification is the core risk-management mechanism in serious outbound infrastructure. We never send cold outreach from a primary corporate domain. Every cold program runs on a portfolio of secondary domains.

We cap inbox counts per domain conservatively and apply sending limits based on warmup maturity rather than a flat number. The core principle: every domain and mailbox should be expendable on its own without taking the whole system down with it.

Q03How do you keep Apollo and HubSpot in sync without breaking lifecycle stages or attribution?+

Most mapping failures happen at the handoff point. A lead status changes in Apollo but the corresponding lifecycle stage doesn't update in HubSpot, quietly breaking attribution. We build the integration layer with explicit field-level mapping documented up front.

For complex multi-stage pipelines, we map custom properties and workflow triggers individually rather than relying on native one-to-one syncing. We stress-test against duplicate contacts, multi-touch attribution and re-entry edge cases before anything goes live.
